Safety and standards

Built for private spaces, clear boundaries, and professional care.

Roam Relaxation is designed around respectful mobile massage standards: credential clarity, private intake, realistic appointment setup, and professional-only conduct.

Credentials RMT requests are handled distinctly

Registered Massage Therapist requests are kept separate from general wellness massage requests.

Conduct Professional-only environment

Appointments must remain respectful and non-sexualized, with clear safety expectations on both sides.

Setup Access details matter

Parking, stairs, entry instructions, pets, and building access should be known before an appointment is confirmed.

What clients should know

RMT and title clarity

In British Columbia, Registered Massage Therapist and RMT are reserved titles. If you require an RMT, say so in your request and verify the provider through the CCHPBC public register.

Health and scope

Providers are responsible for working within their training, registration, insurance, and legal scope. Roam does not promise medical outcomes or replace physician-led care.

Operating standards

Professional conduct

Clients and therapists may decline or stop an appointment if safety or boundaries are not respected.

Reviewed matching

Location, travel area, credential needs, service scope, availability, and appointment setting can all affect provider fit.

Private intake

Roam asks for the details needed to respond, match, and coordinate the service. Share only what is necessary.

Accurate access details

Parking, elevators, stairs, hotel desk instructions, and setup realities should be shared before confirmation.
