Cancellation policy

Clear timing and access expectations protect both sides of a mobile appointment.

Roam keeps requests and confirmed appointments distinct so clients and providers understand what can change freely, and what begins to carry scheduling consequences.

Before confirmation

Requests may be changed or withdrawn before an appointment is confirmed. A request alone does not reserve provider time.

After confirmation

Deposits or authorization

Confirmed appointments may require a deposit, payment authorization, or cancellation window before the booking is locked in.

Exact policy in the confirmation

The specific cancellation terms should be included in the confirmation message before payment is collected.

Access delays and no-shows

Clients are responsible for accurate address, hotel access, parking, entry instructions, elevator or stair details, pets, and timing information. Late access or no-show situations may shorten appointment time or create fees.

If a provider becomes unavailable

Roam will try to rematch the appointment or offer alternate timing when possible, but cannot promise a replacement in every situation.
